Privacy policy

This page explains which data we collect on this site, why we collect it and how you can have it corrected or deleted. Information pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).

Who processes the data

The data controller is the restaurant, at the address given at the bottom of the page. For any request you may write or telephone using the restaurant's contact details.

Which data and why

Account: first name, surname, email, telephone and password (stored only in encrypted form, not readable by us). These allow you to access the reserved area and let us recognise you when you book.

Bookings: date, time, number of people, table preferences and any notes, for example allergies or intolerances, which you are free to indicate and only if you consider it useful.

Messages and reviews: the text you write and the name you sign with. Reviews are published on the site with the first name and the initial of the surname, after we have read them.

Technical logs: the server keeps the IP address and the date of requests for a short period, for security and for diagnosing malfunctions.

What we do not do

We do not use profiling cookies, we do not carry out behavioural advertising, we neither sell nor transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes. The site does not use third-party statistics.

For how long

Account data remains for as long as you keep the account open; if you ask us to close it we delete the data within thirty days. Bookings are kept for two years for administrative and organisational reasons. Messages are kept for as long as they are needed to handle the request.

Where the data goes

The data is stored on a server in Italy managed directly by the restaurant. It is accessed only by the restaurant's staff who handle bookings and communications.

The translations of the pages into other languages are generated with an artificial intelligence service: they concern only the public texts of the site — menu, descriptions, opening hours — and never customer data.

Your rights

You may ask at any time to see, correct, export or delete your data, to restrict its use or to object to the processing: simply write to us and we will reply within thirty days. If you believe that the processing infringes the Regulation you may contact the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
